What Our Holidays Include

Great Accommodation, Delicious Food

Tried and tested accommodation and the best local food, wine and beer are just what you need after a day in the saddle, walking or kayaking.

We use various styles of accommodation depending on the destination. Wherever possible it will be characteristic of the area we are visiting and always good quality.

On group tours we provide plenty of snack stops en-route as well as a delicious buffet lunch, and where appropriate, tours include all your meals. Check out the Tour Detail Panel on each holiday page to find out how many meals are included. We cater for vegetarians and other special dietary requirements.

Equipment and Kit

You are welcome to bring along your own bike/kayak – many people prefer to. We’ll advise you on relevant airline procedures. If you’d rather use one of our bikes/kayak that's fine too. In most locations we have a stock of bikes and kayaks that are suitable for your particular style of trip, whether this is road cycling, mountain biking, leisure, family cycling, sea or river kayaking. We've even kids bike, two seats kayaks and trailers too. If you are hiring with us we will also provide the kayaking equipment (paddles , spraydeck, personal flotation device) and an helmet though we feel its a little nicer to bring your own along. You’ll also get a recommended kit list in your Pre-departure Dossier prior to departure.

Vehicle Support

Support vehicles are used on most of our guided and supported trips, except where the routes don’t allow access. The vehicle carries all your kit as well as bike spares, repair kit, first aid, snacks and lunch, leaving you to travel light and enjoy your holiday. If, at a certain point on the ride/paddle/walk you want to rest or forget being active for the day, you can hop aboard the vehicle and put your feet up.

Financial Protection and Security

Advice on Flights and Trains

Train travel and flights do not form part of our packages. However we can provide you with advice on relevant train, flights and general travel arrangements that tie into our holidays.

Estimated flight costs from Europe are provided for each of our holidays. These are for your information only and are meant to provide a guide of what you could expect to pay. You will need to book flights directly with appropriate airlines and agents who will send you confirmation and tickets for those flights. Many of our worldwide destinations are accessible via budget airlines and may be booked directly on the internet. Contact us for details of train options.
